"The classes at Harmony Yoga awakened something
inside of me that I've never experienced before in any other yoga
class. If you are looking for the ultimate experience in mind, body
and spirit awareness, look no further...
HARMONY IS FOR YOU."

"A yoga class at Harmony is much more than just a
yoga class. It's an experience. The music, the energy, the
sequences are like no other. At the end of the class, there is always
a huge transformation in how I feel.
I credit Harmony with the best yoga I've ever
experienced.
Yoga is mind & body altering. This kind of
yoga is altering."
-Annie Keighley
"[Chappy] Thank you so much for the best yoga class I have
ever taken!. . . I have been on a healing journey since I broke up with my
boyfriend of 3 years and your class was very powerful and helped me so much.
The music and your touch were very special to me. . . Thank you so much
again.

"I learned how to meditate when I was nine. I had
an amazing teacher who helped me feel secure and go very deep even in a time
of great stress. It changed my life and helped me through. I
feel so blessed that I have a place to go now to practice, where I can just
be... I love it. It means more to me than you know to be able to
be vulnerable and safe. I love your spirit and honesty [Chappell].
Thank you.

"Thank you for the space, allowing so much growth and unconditional
love. It feels like a home away from home, to myself and many
people. This studio is one of a kind. Everyone here has been a
positive influence in my life...so thank you."

" Due to the expert guidance and care that the teachers
at Harmony have given me, I am able to help myself at home when I wake up
with a sore back. . . I know many stretches now that get me up and moving
again. . . the studio has a wonderful feeling of respect and space."

"Very few things truly are life changing, but yoga has
been for me, and Harmony Yoga has become my home for yoga. Just
walking into the studio after a hectic day, I feel a bit of peace.
Whether I am there for a hard sweaty class or a slow meditative practice
(Harmony has it all), I always leave feeling better, more centered, more
integrated. The teachers and the other students are real community -
it is not an anonymous kind of experience like a gym class. I am truly
grateful to have a studio like Harmony in the neighborhood."
-Linda Dakin-Grimm
"Harmony Yoga blends perfectly the mind, body
connection for my fulfillment and peace."
"Back pain was really impacting the quality of my life.
I had worked out always and was in good shape. Then came the day my
back ached "OUCH", and I could not get relieve any moment of the day or
night. The doctors visits started, where they found that stress was
causing the pain. The doctor recommended yoga. And along came
Harmony Yoga, 4 years later, I play lots of golf and travel 'pain free.'
My enthusiasm is at a '10' and the energy even higher. I love all of
you!!
Sure, the back still gets tight once in awhile and
I know just what to do and where to go. Again I say, Harmony Yoga
blends perfectly the mind, body connection for my fulfillment and peace."
-Geri Noack
"My doctor told me that he couldn't help me any
longer. He said that I needed a fundamental shift in lifestyle or I
would probably be dead in a few years.
Through Harmony Yoga, I lost 35 pounds, significantly
reduced my blood pressure and finally was able to sleep at night. I
found real peace and through peace, I got back my health, my relationships,
and my love for life. This is a very powerful teaching that gives you
back much more than what you put into it."
-Bob Aniello
"Running was my primary source of exercise and stress
relief valve for years until back to back hamstring pulls sidelined me.
To humor my boyfriend, I agreed to take a yoga class with him at Harmony.
I thought I would get a good stretch, but I also got a terrific workout.
Yet, I found the first few months of yoga frustrating as I tackled the big
questions: "What's wrong with my Downward Facing Dog?", "Why can't I bend
like that?", and "Is my underwear showing?"
"Thanks to some very positive and caring teachers at
Harmony (who can make standing in Downward Facing Dog sound like the best
thing in the world), I learned to relax and enjoy my practice. The
other students became my friends, not competitors. I'm more flexible
now, and have better balance. I look forward to each class - each
teacher at Harmony brings a different gift, I learn something new from all
of them. Best of all, I'm a little more serene both in and out of the
studio, spending time in the caring environment that is Harmony will do that
for you."

"Just wanted to see if you have any idea when you'll be
back in the city [New York] again so I can come and take your classes.
You really are gifted with a big heart & creativity and my experience of the
class was one of freedom. That's why I liked it so much! So
thanks again for simply being your beautiful self.
I checked out your website and your studio looks lovely -
I loved all the plants around the studio. It looks like an inviting
place for growth and fun."

"Klara @ Exhale said that she felt so happy on Thursday
& it was because of your yoga workshop here [New York] on Wed evening.
She told me that it was really fun, powerful, and that the music you used
was great!!! I thought you would appreciate the feedback.
I love the dolphins, offerings, and references to love on your website. One of my favorite
quotes about love is:
"Begin the day with Love, Spend the day with Love, End
the day with Love." Sathya Sai Baba

"I started practicing yoga at Harmony Yoga about four
years ago. I had had double shoulder surgery about 6 months prior.
Though I was going through physical therapy and weight training to regain
the strength in my shoulders, I still lacked the mobility I needed. My
therapist suggested yoga as a way to increase my flexibility safely.
Luckily, just down the hill from my house was Harmony
Yoga. I decided to give it a shot and attended one of Chappy's
classes. I was hooked. Not only were my shoulders improving, but
I was getting one of the most challenging and exhilarating workouts I'd ever
experienced. I've been to other classes just to see how different
teachers are - and, by far, the instructors at Harmony are leading the pack.
Whether you're in it for the workout or the spirituality - it's your
journey, enjoy the ride."

"HARMONY YOGA, I want to thank you for the
inspiration and strength you have given me over the last year. You
have helped me find a greater sense of direction in my life. And with
that, brought on a few changes as well. I have moved with my wife,
Claudia, down the coast to another beach community, which is far enough to
make my practice at Harmony less frequent, but not so far as to keep me away
entirely. So for this, I am grateful.
I want to thank you for helping me to resist the urge
to resist following my own life's path. Also, for helping me live in
the present and have gratitude for these everyday gifts. For helping
me breath and bring the warmth of the sun back to my soul. For helping
me to show kindness today and not just planning to do so tomorrow.
Thank you for bringing it all together with your energy and musical style.
Thank you for the times I felt I was on the verge of falling into a dream.
I've found that yoga can be something that can keep me
grounded and sane when it may seem that my world around me is falling apart.
I have found it can also serve as inspiration to lift me higher when
everything seems to be going my way.
In the end, I want to thank each of you for just being
who you are. And with that, providing the space and cultivating the
energy in this remarkable studio. I'll remember the good vibes and
positivity for some time to come. . ."
